The NBCOTĀ® Occupational Therapist (OTRĀ®) exam has 170 multiple-choice questions plus 3 clinical simulation problems. The COTAĀ® exam has 200 multiple-choice questions. Itās a lot of brain marathons, but youāve trained for this.

Youāll get up to 4 hours for the OTRĀ® exam and the same for the COTAĀ® exam. Yes, thatās 4 hours of high-stakes sitting, but with good pacing, itās totally doable.
